If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, personal information about your health history (including medication you are currently taking) and current difficulties when it comes to the relationship with food and your body.

Packages

Some parts of the Service are billed on a Package basis ("Package(s)"). You will be billed in advance for the package (which will include a certain amount of sessions) as a whole.

Content 

Our Service allows you share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the legality when it comes to sharing this information and material.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ​Living Lightly.

Living Lightly has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Living Lightly​ shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 

Changes 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

Cancellation Policy 

Whenever you need to cancel your appointment that is already scheduled, the following policy applies:

-      Any cancellation or reschedule made less that 48 hour before the appointment, will not be refundable.

-      If you are more than 20 minutes late for our appointment, our session will be canceled and not refundable. 

-      In the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, the paid amount may be used for future services.
