What are E.A.S.E sessions?

It stands short for 'Embodied Awareness and Self-Exploration' sessions.

These are sessions we sometimes offer during one of our Holistic Therapy journeys.

During an E.A.S.E session we bring focus to the somatic experience of the challenge we're covering during our conversations.

Through various guided techniques, we explore and understand emotions or experiences by tuning into the sensations, breath, tension, and posture of the body.

It emphasizes the connection between the mind and body and aims to promote awareness and release tension or stress stored in the body.

What to expect from a Holistic Therapy Journey?

Holistic therapy is a form of therapy where we work on physical, emotional, and mental levels. We combine bodywork, including massage therapy, somatic shaking, breathing, body awareness practices, and talk therapy to provide support from all three levels.

Our body keeps the score. When we experience something intense or don’t feel safe in a situation, we may not fully express our emotions. These emotions can remain stored in the body and, over time, can lead to physical discomfort or even pain.

Symptoms can include: Brain fog, anxiety, overwhelm, overthinking, tension in the neck or shoulders etc.

At With Ease, we always start with an intake session. Here, we first look at whether something on a physical level might be contributing to the issues. This could include sleep patterns, eating habits, hydration, movement, nutrient deficiencies, substance abuse, or medication use. After this, we map out your story together through conversation.

The next two sessions will dive into the topic of identity. Each of us carries various aspects of identity within us. These identities hold certain thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. We react to situations based on a specific identity. By identifying these aspects, we shed light on why situations are as they are and why we respond the way we do. From there, we explore which identity we would prefer to respond from.

After giving this topic the attention it needs (sometimes it takes longer than three sessions), we move into the transformation phase. This is where bodywork and integration come into play. How do we take what we now know mentally and truly integrate it into our lives, making it a natural part of our actions and habits?

These subsequent sessions are more flexible and will look different for each individual.

Every third session, we take a few minutes for a meta-conversation where we reflect on our progress and decide what else needs to be done. This type of conversation also helps to naturally conclude our time working together.

On average, these journeys take about 6-8 sessions.

What are the benefits of the monthly package?

There are several benefits to choosing one of our journeys over a single session.

Firstly, the monthly journey is more affordable, offering a €10 discount on each session.

Secondly, consistency is everything. Oftentimes it helps to have a single session to get a bit more clarify, but transformation happens often with commitment. Our monthly package can help you feel supported as your navigating these new waters of connection & transformation.

Thirdly, you'll enjoy priority scheduling in our calendar, guaranteeing you the focused attention and support you deserve.



How many bodywork sessions will I have within the packages?

Depending on personal needs and preferences, we will combine talk therapy and bodywork to create a tailored approach. We’ll discuss this during our first intake together.

The body work sessions may include massage therapy, somatic shaking, mindfulness or breathing practices.


Are there any payment plans available?

You have the flexibility to choose how you'd like to make the payment for the monthly package we offer. You can either pay for your monthly package all at once, in two equal installments or in three equal installments, allowing you to tailor your payments to your financial preferences. You can choose the type of payment plan you’d like to have during your booking.



Are you offering talk therapy in-person as well?

In some cases we decide to have the talk therapy sessions in person.


I’m not sure which service to choose, what do I do?

I am offering a free discovery call of 15 minutes on Zoom. During this time you can share your story and I will explain you more about the work I do. Together we will determine how to work together most effectively.

Are the sessions covered by the insurance?

I work as an independent practitioner and choose to not affiliate with Dutch health insurance providers in order to not be limited by third parties in serving the people I work with. Please consult your international insurance provider for potential reimbursement possibilities.


What is your Cancellation policy?

Things do come up from time to time. If you need to cancel our meeting, I ask for 48 hours notice. For cancellations made after this time full session rate will be charged.

If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes, it will cut into our session time.
