Are you feeling anxious with the holidays coming up?
Afraid for the evenings spend around the dinner table, with all the abundance of food. Nervous that, because you want to allow yourself to enjoy the tasty holiday dishes, you will completely get out of control with the pies, pieces of bread and stuffings?
Do you remember telling yourself last year:
‘Okay, I will just have one extra piece‘, yet eventually find yourself haven eaten about four pieces of brownie and snacking on the bread with dip the whole night? Ending up not only feeling uncomfortably full, but also feeling guilty & ashamed?
So many of us want to start the new year with all these resolutions, about our lifestyle, fitness goals & food choices.
The holidays can therefore feel like the last moment to fully GO FOR IT & indulge in all the tasty things your family members & loved ones made. To enjoy it, before we are settling into all of our new habits.
I know this time of year can be both beautiful and overwhelming. If you are struggling with overindulging and eating way beyond your hunger cues, the holiday season will probably give you some nervousness as well.
This 4 day evening retreat is for you, if
you would like to feel at ease & present during these beautiful days with your loved ones. To want to enjoy the food, without going completely overboard and to really cherish the moments with family that we get to experience, instead of worrying and overthinking about the next meal we will be eating together.
Let’s feel empowered and excited for the holidays & let’s enable ourselves to fully enjoy the food as well as our company!
We would love to have you with us.

Who is your teacher?
You are the child and the adult at the same time.
You are like a tree, where the child is the core and you just expanded around yourselves. You are here to care for this child, as the mother of this inner part of ourselves. Gentle. Patient. Loving.
This child may have taken believes upon itself by mistake, while trying to understand the world in its early days.
It might have learned to reject certain parts of itself to make sure it felt safe.
You are beautiful exactly as you are. With all that you are & experience in every moment. It’s these feelings & emotions that are actually making us feel alive.
Everything about it is beautiful.
You are allowed to feel EVERYTHING.
Nothing needs to be fixed or changed, because nothing is broken.
I know that I need to tell myself that every day, so I believe you might need to hear this too.
You are enough. You are worthy. Your feelings matter and are actually of service to you.
Those of us who are going to food to fill us up,
often try to restrain from a part of ourselves by numbing it out. We don’t accept our emotions as they come to us in sometimes overwhelming waves, so we reject and distract. We never learned how to show up for ourselves fully.
These 21 days are here to give you the tools to do that for yourself. This is a journey home, to find this new sense of love towards yourself before starting the new year, with a loving community to support and guide us home.
