Instructions
Do this 5 minute practice every morning or whenever you are feeling a bit overwhelmed, stressed or tense.
Inhale 5 times deeply in and out. Focus on expanding your chest on the inhale and slowing down your breathe on the exhale.
Then take a deep inhale and hold your breathe for 10 seconds.
Slow exhale.
Repeat 5 times.
If the full five rounds of TT5 feel too intense, start with two or three rounds and gradually build up.
