To stay inside your body, caring & nurturing it properly & honoring yourself, your needs & your desires.

Our Food Freedom & Ease is a program to come home to yourself.

To trust yourself when it comes to your food choices & to use food for the beautiful purposes it has: Nourishment, enjoyment & connection!

10 week Group Coaching Program

At Living Lightly, it is our mission to shift the belief that we need to follow endless diets or keep dietary restrictions to achieve our health & happiness goals & feel good inside our bodies.

Oftentimes it turns out to be the diet that keeps you stuck in these cycles.

Where you go from restriction —> To feeling out of control around food —> Back to more restriction…

We believe we can bring balance by actually stepping away from the tough grip with food,

So we can get to know our true desires & needs (while letting fo of the false ones) & make choices with our bodies intuitively, instead of following the constant obsession with food from our minds!

THE 3 WEEK ‘HEAL YOUR EATING‘ PROGRAM WHICH IS INTRODUCTORY TO THE FOLLOW UP MEETINGS


6 x 1 hour Group Coaching calls

Every session there will be a specific theme we will work with, all in favor of a quick, though throughly healing process.

The sessions are every Sunday on an almost weekly basis.


1 CHECK-IN MEETING AFTER A MONTH

The last meeting will be a check-in session, after a month of finishing the program. Here we’ll see how you are doing & how you can continue your journey of Food Freedom in the best way!

    • CREATING A STABLE FOUNDATION FOR HEALING: QUITTING THE DIET-CULTURE, GETTING YOUR BODY OUT OF FIGHT/FLIGHT-MODE, SHIFTING FOCUS FROM NUMBERS TO FEELINGS



    • GETTING CLARITY OF OUR CORE ISSUE, SO WE CAN WORK FROM THE ROOT ON OUT

    • LEARNING HOW TO WORK WITH THE BRAIN, INSTEAD OF AGAINST IT

    • RELEASING BLOCKAGES KEEPING US FROM HEALING OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD

    • STEPPING INTO OUR TRUE MOTIVATION FOR CHANGE





    SESSION 2: MINDFULNESS, EMPOWERMENT & CLARITY

    23rd of May 15-16pm CET

    • GETTING EMPOWERED & CONFIDENT IN YOUR OWN HEALING JOURNEY


    • EXPLORING MINDFULNESS OF OUR HABITS & AUTOMATIC PATTERNS TO ENABLE NEW CHOICES

    • Moving into the ‘release‘ phase to undo the allure food has over us






    SESSION 3: A TRUE & LASTING CHANGE

    30th of May 15-16pm CET

    • ACTIVELY & LOVINGLY SHIFTING OUR AUTOMATIC UNHEALTHY WAYS WITH FOOD TO RETURN HOME TO OURSELVES


    • RELEASING GUILT AROUND OUR FOOD CHOICES


    • GETTING COMPLETE CLARITY ON OUR DESIRED OUTCOME TO MOVE FORWARD & TRANSFORM

SESSION 5: LETTING GO OF THE LAST BITS OF FEAR AROUND FOOD

  • REINTRODUCING OUR FEAR FOODS BACK IN A SAFE & LOVING WAY, TO FINALLY RELEASE THE ALLURE THESE FOODS HAVE OVER US

SESSION 6: BODY APPRECIATION

  • PRACTICING SELF-FORGIVENESS

  • CONNECT TO WHAT YOU WANT TO REJECT - RETURNING HOME TO OUR BODIES

  • THE MIRROR CHALLENGE

SESSION 7: MEETING OUR NEEDS IN NON-FOOD WAYS

11th of July 15-16pm CET

  • The mathematic curve of an emotion

  • MEETING OUR NEEDS IN NON-FOOD WAYS

  • PRACTICAL STEPS TO PROCESS YOUR EMOTIONS IN A HEALTHY LOVING WAY

  • THE 1# JOURNAL TOOL: FEAR-LOVE LETTER

  • IMPLEMENTING NON-NEGOTIABLE PRACTICES



SESSION 8: INTRO TO INTUITIVE EATING & AYURVEDA

18th of July 15-16pm CET

  • STARTING TO TRULY LISTEN & LEARN FROM YOUR BODY

  • THE CONCEPT OF interoceptive awareness

  • PRACTICAL TOOLS OF INTUIITVE EATING

  • PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE FROM AYURVEDA



SESSION 9: MOVING FORWARD IN LOVE

  • being confident & empowered in your journey moving forward after the program
