Couples massage workshop
During this easy-to-follow couple massage workshop we'll cover everything from back-neck-shoulder massage while lying in bed, hand and foot massage while watching Netflix on the couch, head massage while chilling by the fireplace. The perfect date that will be a long lasting gift to yourself and your relationship!
I will show you all the massage techniques, where we make sure you'll make use of your posture the right way and improve your sensitivity towards your partner their body and needs.
You'll learn and experience a beautiful combination of relaxing feel-good massage strokes.
The workshop is 3 hours in total, including a short introduction with a nice cup of organic tea.
The couple massage workshop does not include massaging the intimate areas.

Introduction & some practical things with a nice cup of organic tea on the couch

Face & head massage
We’ll practice everything on the massage table, but I’'ll show you after how you can do the exact routine on the bed & some of them on the couch (in the evening while watching Netflix) as well!
You’ll both practice and receive the massage,
(as the receiving is an important part of fully understanding the technique & accurate pressure)
There will be tea and cookies available throughout the whole evening.
You’ll learn:
An amazing relaxing massage routine for you and your partner to enjoy for a long time
How to increase your sensitivity to feel and act upon the needs & experiences of your partner
How to work with the breath when releasing tension in the body
How to properly use your body weight and posture to give sustainably

During the evening you will receive the massage as well, so it is important to make sure this will be a healthy and good thing for you.
