What to expect from a Holistic Therapy session?

I would love to give you a little taste and better understanding of what a Holistic Therapy journey may look like for you.

Strategic Exploration Phase

A holistic talk therapy journey starts with a strategic exploration phase. Together we create a safe space, where we delve into your present challenges, needs, desires, and past experiences. You get to share your story.

What do you want? What do you need?

Through open-ended questions, we explore the world of thoughts, feelings and the manifested situation. Eventually we decide on a clear and realistic focus that guides our journey together.

Moving forward, through addressing beliefs and thought structures, recognizing patterns and identifying all your strengths and resources, we identify what already works for you and challenge the systems that are not.

E.A.S.E sessions & bodywork

Our journey includes processing emotions and trauma-based physical tension, offering a compassionate space to explore and release unresolved experiences, through bodywork and specialized E.A.S.E sessions.

Every holistic therapy package (except for the Introductory package) contains an online Embodies Awareness & Self-Exploration session (E.A.S.E), where we focus solely on the body.

Directive game-plan

We then focus on a directive game-plan. Behavioral change becomes a pivotal step, guiding you in responding differently to various situations, further building upon a new belief system. We focus on  self-care, habits, and routines, empowering you to implement a system of loving coping mechanisms.

Closing

Our conclusion involves closure and future planning, reviewing achievements and collaboratively strategizing for independent progress.

Every individual is unique and will need different things. We offer diverse packages with varying session counts and optional body-work add-ons. Let's schedule a Discovery call to determine the best fit for you. Each package follows a similar structure as outlined above.
